UECAITTA in Nahuatl native language means “the one who looks beyond”, or “far
seeing”, and that is our project management philosophy, always look ahead, look far
away, anticipate problems and solve them way ahead of time before crisis arise.

UECAITTA is a small company, actually self-employed, that specializes in Project Management, mainly for Industrial Automotive business, in all phases, since land purchase if necessary, design, construction, until handover including equipment installation, sometimes even after handover for maintenance, we greatly enjoy working in international jobs, we can quickly adapt to foreign customers’ policies.
Our philosophy is to stay small in order to provide personalized attention to our customers, therefore in all of our Projects either my self, my partner or experienced associates that have been working with us for several years attend each Project. We never handle more than three jobs at the same time.

HOW WE OPERATE?
Depending on the size and scope of the project, UECAITTA will determine the team
resource necessary to control and coordinate the work. Customer may only require a
few hours for consultancy, or on the opposite it may wish to have a full platform of
engineers to execute the project. UECAITTA has associated individuals that have
worked together in the past to manage projects.
